Yesterday at TechEd Europe 2013 Microsoft has announced the availability of the System Center 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2012 R2 previews.

Important sidenote: yesterday, when I kicked of the download I noticed there was an issue with the binaries: instead of downloading ConfigMgr R2 I ended up with the binaries for Operations Manager R2. This may be fixed in the meantime but you might want to double check what you are downloading. Just to be sure.
